The details

Porsche 911 Carrera 4 Millennium Edition (996)

This 996 is #515 of the (911) Millennium Editions has been extremely well kept showing only around 48,500 miles. The C4 996 mated to the 6-Speed transmission is already a great spec, pair that with the exclusive and rare options of the Millennium make for a much rarer 996. Has recently been in the car of a major Porsche collector in South Carolina and recently featured in the 2022 Werks Reunion in Amelia Island.

What sets the Millennium apart from any other is the Violettchromaflair Metallic paint which you can see in low light as a dark purple and in the direct sun a brilliant metallic green. The interior is completely wrapped in a ‘Millennium’ Brown Natural Leather. The Turbo Twist wheels have been refinished in a less flashy Porsche Silver paint. Noteworthy options include accents of the Dark Wood can be found throughout such as the steering wheel and door pulls. Xenon Headlights, Headlight Washers, Rear Wiper, Stainless Exhaust Pipes, Heated Seats, Digital Sound, and On Board Computer.

The Millennium had an original MSRP of $89,000 USD which is nearly $18K over a base C4 of the same year. #515 of the 911 produced with reportedly 250 units making their way to the US market.

This 996 has been well cared for spending most of its life in the south. When it comes to the IMS, yes it was replaced at mile mark 36,750. The 996 has extensive service history with Porsche of Orlando and the car was well documented. With only 4 total owners the 996 has always been well taken care of. The 3rd owner documented every drive he ever took, miles, amount of fuel, even how much it was a gallon. Very little blemishes, please refer to the photos for more detailed shots including underneath. The chassis shows no signs of corrosion, worn parts, or damage. The paint is spectacular, very little blemishes which include the typical random small rock chips on the front end. A few previous rock chips look to of been touched up. Moving into the cabin the leather and trim has held up well. The door pocket covers which were previously wrapped in leather by one of the previous owners. The leather dash has held up well, all the buttons have held up nicely as well. Natural wear can be found on the steering wheel leather but almost looks as if it belongs. No warning lights, and the oil level works correctly. Cold AC and crisp sound system show no signs of maintenance any time soon.

Over all this is a well maintained Millennium with full manufacture and service documentation. Enough miles on the clock to of been kept fresh and maintained while still being low enough to truly feel close to how it sat on the dealer showroom.
