1986 Land Rover 110
This 1986 Land Rover 110 is a right-hand drive example that was refurbished with new paint and upholstery in the UK prior to importation to the US in October 2018. The truck was acquired in April 2020 by the selling dealer, who subsequently had its 16″ steel wheels powder-coated as well as installing a Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection system for its 3.5-liter V8. Additional equipment includes a five-speed manual transmission and a two-speed transfer case as well as modifications such as LED lights, an aluminum dash and radiator, a roof rack and ladder, rock sliders, and checker-plate panels. This 110 is offered with import documents and a clean Florida title.
The truck was fitted with replacement doors and windows while in the UK according to the selling dealer, and is said to have been repainted in Cairngorm Brown with textured black coating on the hood, lower doors, and fender flares. Accessories include LED lights, a brush guard, step bars, a rear folding step, checker-plate fender guards, and mud flaps as well as a full-length roof rack with a ladder and recovery tracks. The selling dealer notes bubbling and other imperfections throughout as well as signs of previous rust repair.
Powder-coated 16″ steel wheels wear 235/70 General Grabber AT2 tires. The front wheel bearings are said to have been changed and the braking system serviced with replacement vented front rotors, calipers, and lines.
The cabin was reupholstered in its current tan cloth and vinyl while in the UK. A custom aluminum dash with a carbon fiber-look wrap was also fitted in addition to a center console with toggle switches. The floors and bulkheads are coated in spray-on textured liner.
An aftermarket steering wheel frames a stock instruments relocated to a custom panel, including a Smiths speedometer with a six-digit odometer showing 136k miles.
The 3.5-liter V8 has been fitted with a Holley Sniper EFI system on an Edelbrock intake manifold as well as an Autosparks wiring harness. Cooling is from an aluminum radiator with an electric fan. Oil and coolant changes have been performed according to the selling dealer.
